Prodder - A Free and Useful Personal Assistant
Prodder is a free and useful personal assistant for Chrome. Its goal is to prodding the user periodically to take a break, stretch his/her legs, drink water, and, of course, check the user's posture. It does so by silently sending a notification that will disappear after 2 seconds. It can be turned off and on in its settings.
